Yolanda Cousillas have been working with 6º graders a lot of visual and graft work in Science.
They did some reproductive device work. The 6th graders have been working on cells in Science class, having done mockups and virtual reality activities last year, this year they have been making the cells up to person size and putting the cells in boxes.
And finally, they have made some very creative atom models to present to the class. The students have made different models of the essential part of all matter, the atom. With the models they have been able to see the different elements that make up the atom and their different charges. They learn by doing. Let’s see how the different crafts they brought in turned out.
